Intraoral:
- Central, Right lateral, Left Lateral, (take with teeth in occlusion)
- Central with shade guide (note the shade)
- Occlusal Maxillary, Occlusal Mandible
If the patient has Complete or Partial dentures take photos with and without the prosthesis in place.
Facial:
- Full face Lips in repose
- Full face lips at smile
- Perioral Lips in repose
- Perioral lips at smile
- Full Face Lateral view lips in repose
“If the Maxillary incisors are hidden by the lip in repose, have the patient slightly open the mouth while remaining in repose, to photograph and measure the incisor to lip relationship.”
